Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The item is damaged, altered, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by Petnix
- The return is made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you havenโt received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at petnixstore@gmail.com
Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. Weโll advise you if you need to ship your product back to us.
