4.1. We use third-party couriers, such as The Courier Guy, to deliver orders nationwide.
4.2. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, stock availability, and courier service.
4.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
4.4. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout. Free delivery is available on orders over R600.
4.5 Fulfillment Timelines:
Our normal order fulfillment time is 3–5 working days. During high-volume periods or sales, fulfillment may take 5–10 working days. We appreciate your patience as we work to process every order.
4.6 Delivery Timelines:
Once an order has been fulfilled, delivery is managed by the courier service. Delays may occur during high-volume periods. For delivery inquiries, please contact the courier directly.
Note: For rural or remote areas, delivery may take up to an additional 5 working days.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
